Valuation - The First Steps To Moving Home
Prior to one of our experienced valuers coming to your home, they will already have done extensive research on your property so that they can give you the best possible advice. Our valuers will discuss with a marketing strategy in order for you to achieve the best price in the timescale that suits you. We recognise that everyone's circumstances are different and we will tailor our service to suit you.
Marketing Your Property
We use many tools to market your property to the widest range of potential buyers. Research has also told us what buyers look for when viewing details and we tailor this to appeal to the widest audience.

Feedback is also an extremely important part of what we do and you will be provided with feedback on every viewing together with regular marketing updates
Once the sale has been agreed and solicitors are instructed, we will regularly liaise with all parties on a weekly basis providing you with up to date feedback on how the sale is progressing. We are used to working closely with most of the local solicitors which can speed up the conveyancing process and ensure that any issues that may arise can be resolved quickly.
Exchange & Completion
On the day of exchange your buyer will pay the solicitor a non-refundable deposit. At this point you are both legally obliged to continue to completion.
The day has arrived! On instruction from the solicitors we will release your keys to the buyer and you can begin moving in to your new home!
